Crew Development Program (MDP)

MDP is a two-month program that helps crew build their careers from day one. It strengthens accountability around vessel operations and fuel usage, supported by MODA’s onboard AI monitoring systems.

MODA also places female crew on every vessel, helping balance conduct and cleanliness standards across the fleet.
